If no results* are seen after using Conscious Chemist for the defined eligibility period then you can apply for a refund as per steps below. You are eligible for a refund post 4 months of usage as directed, if you and our skin coaches do not observe visible results.

*Results can be defined as improvement in skin texture, reduction dark spots, acne, fine lines, etc.. 

Eligibility Criteria

1. Purchased complete kits from Conscious Chemist website. Your kit must include a cleanser, serum, moisturiser and a sunscreen
2. Purchased the right number of kits in the right time period for e.g if your eligibility period is 4 months, usage of 4 complete kits should happen in a duration of 5 months. This tells us that you have been a regular with your routine. 
3. Submitted at least 3-4 clear, face images spread across the treatment period
4. Have connected on atleast 3 calls with our skin coaches in the duration of the treatment.
5. Raised money back request within 30 days of placing the 4th kit order ( depends on your eligibility)

Important

Customers with chronic skin ailments and with certain pre existing health conditions are ineligible for the money back guarantee. Please check the list of conditions at the bottom of the page.

How does the refund process work?

1. Once your request is raised, we will check for all eligibility conditions listed above
2. If eligibility conditions are met, we will assign a qualified skin coach to assess your case and take the final decision
3. The decision will be taken only after you have a call with the assigned skin coach

The decision taken by the dermatologist will be final.

Please note that the policy applies only to results seen from the start of the treatment up to the eligibility period. It does not cover future results or deterioration beyond that period. For example, if your eligibility period is 4 months, the money-back guarantee is only valid for results seen within those 5 months of treatment.
