Any COD order shall be canceled after a written request via our official WhatsApp or official email ID at hello@consciouschemist.com.

Prepaid orders before dispatch or shipping can be canceled, after raising a written request on our official email ID and official WhatsApp number.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

9. TERMS & CONDITIONS – Win an iPad 11 Giveaway

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the “Win an iPad 11 Giveaway” (“Offer”) organized by Conscious Chemist (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) on its official website www.consciouschemist.com.

By participating in this Offer, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• This Offer is open to all customers aged 18 years or above residing in India.

• Only prepaid orders placed on the official Conscious Chemist website during the Offer period are eligible.

• Cash on Delivery (COD), cancelled, or returned orders will not be considered.

• Employees, partners, and affiliates of Conscious Chemist or their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Offer Period

• The Offer is valid for orders placed until 3 November 2025, 11:59 PM IST.

• The winner will be announced on 5 November 2025 via our official Instagram handle (@consciouschemistindia) and/or email newsletter.

3. Eligible Orders & Offers

To qualify for this giveaway, your order must meet all of the following criteria:

• The order must be prepaid (via UPI, debit/credit card, or other online payment methods).

• The order must be delivered successfully and not cancelled or returned.

• The order must include products purchased under the following active offers:

  • Buy 2 Get 2 Free

  • Build Your Box of 3 at ₹999

  • Build Your Box of 4 at ₹1199

  • Build Your Box of 3 at ₹1399

Not eligible:

• Orders placed under Flat 50% Off, Steal Deals, or other heavy-discount campaigns.

4. Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible orders.

• The selection will be conducted by the Conscious Chemist internal team using a randomized draw, with a weighted probability favoring higher order values.

• While all eligible orders have a chance to win, customers with higher-value orders will have a greater probability of being selected.

• The decision of Conscious Chemist regarding winner selection shall be final and binding.

• No correspondence, appeal, or dispute will be entertained regarding the outcome of the draw.

5. Prize Details

• The prize includes one (1) brand new iPad 11 (latest generation).

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.

• Conscious Chemist reserves the right to substitute the prize (in case of stock or delivery issues) with another item of equal or higher retail value.

6. Winner Announcement & Fulfilment

• The winner will be announced on 5 November 2025 via Conscious Chemist’s official communication channels.

• The winner will be contacted via the email or phone number provided during order placement.

• If the winner fails to respond within 5 days of notification, a new winner may be selected at Conscious Chemist’s discretion.

• Conscious Chemist will arrange shipping of the iPad to the winner’s address within 50 working days after successful winner verification.

7. Disqualification

Conscious Chemist reserves the right to disqualify any participant or cancel entries if:

• Fraudulent activity, multiple fake accounts, or automated entries are detected.

• Orders are cancelled, refunded, or returned before winner selection.

• The participant is found to be violating any Terms stated herein.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Conscious Chemist will not be responsible for:

• Technical errors, payment gateway failures, or order processing delays.

• Any loss, damage, or delay in prize delivery due to courier or logistics issues.

• Any tax liability (if applicable) arising from the prize received by the winner.

The Company’s total liability under this Offer shall be limited to the retail value of the prize only.

9. Publicity & Consent

By participating, the winner agrees that Conscious Chemist may use their name, photograph, and testimonial for marketing or promotional purposes (online or offline), without any additional compensation.

10. General Terms

• Conscious Chemist reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the Offer at any time without prior notice.

• Participation in the Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• Any disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
