How to use
Pump cleanser into hands and work into lather. Massage into wet skin in a gentle, circular motion. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry without rubbing. AM/PM. CAUTION: We recommend a patch test before use: Apply a small amount to a clean area on your inner forearm and wait 24 hours. If you experience any redness, burning, itching, or irritation, discontinue use.

I have used 10 bottles till now. And will surely order more. It improves texture of the skin. The ginseng extract makes tone lighter. I don't use sunscreen, but this facewash removes all the tanning. Non drying formula. I have extremely dry skin and it works good for that.

Contains strong fragrance
Hi,
Please refer the above order. I'm in receipt of the same and have used all the products from the date of receipt., in the order of cleanser, toner, snail mucin and sunscreen which were in the order. But unfortunately, my skin got flared up after 4 hours of its use. I do not know which product triggered the rash. My skin is terribly irritated and itchy with red patches on my cheeks, around the mouth, a pimple on my chin and irritation and rashes on my neck.
I need immediate assistance on this.
Please advice whether it's possible to take my order and refund me the amount. I'm very disappointed. Never expected this from such a reputed brand in skin care. I had high expectations for improving my skin by using your products. But instead it created damage to my skin. I'm having a function to attend next week. Kindly advice what should I do to recover my skin condition as soon as possible. Itching is very bad and have resorted to applying coconut oil, which gives a slight relief.
Please look into this and do the needful at the earliest.
