Eyes start burning and lots of tears 😭 come out of eyes after using it.

I am loving it
I was very intrigued by the claims that the new formula is deeply hydrating but to me it seems too thick and pasty. It’s not a gel cream as mentioned on the back of the tube. Plus it just sits on the skin, does not penetrate. Feels powdery and pasty on the skin. Please bring back the old formula as a variant product. My skin feels like it’s suffocating. More like an ointment.
Liked the product. I do think consistency could be thinner. But for dry skin it’s nice.
I also would want an oil free moisturiser for face!
