1. What is the difference between mineral and chemical sunscreen?
Mineral (physical) sunscreens use active ingredients like Zinc Oxide to sit on top of the skin and physically reflect UV rays away, much like a mirror. Chemical sunscreens absorb into the skin and convert UV rays into heat. Mineral formulas are often preferred for sensitive skin because they don't penetrate the skin barrier.
2. Does this mineral sunscreen leave a white cast?
No. Our SPF 50 PA++++ fluid is engineered with ultra-fine Zinc Oxide particles. This allows the minerals to blend seamlessly across all skin tones without the "chalky" residue aka zero white cast.
3. Is mineral sunscreen safe for sensitive and acne-prone skin?
Yes. Mineral sunscreens are generally non-comedogenic (won't clog pores) and are less likely to cause irritation or stinging than chemical filters.
4. Can I wear mineral sunscreen under makeup?
